Ticketing Platform for LMS Users
A bilingual support and ticketing system built for Arkan LMS users, letting learners log in with their LMS-registered email and raise chat or ticket-based support requests.

LMS learners needed a fast, language-aware way to get help without creating a second account, while support staff needed a single queue to track and resolve issues.
02The Solution
Built a Laravel-based support system with SSO-style login using LMS-registered emails, ticket threads, live chat, and bilingual (English / Arabic) interface.
